The impacts of COVID were unpredictable but at each twist and turn Health Impact Ohio was there with us in creating a new game plan. And it wasn’t just the leadership, it was also representatives throughout the company; CCAs and CHWs, all were ready to serve. We learned a lot in our pilot year. I’m excited about expanding our partnership in the upcoming year to further broaden our reach. The RISE Center/CMHA and Health Impact Ohio collaboration is set to revolutionize how service coordination is provided.”
