Community Health Worker Certification Program
A CHW is a person, also known as a care coordinator, who is from the community that they serve. Employed by community based organizations, they are experts at connecting their clients with quality care and services to address the risks each individual, unique situation represents.

Earned a GED or High School diploma?
Knowledgeable about resources in your community?
Have a Passion about helping others?

Are trusted people that help individuals and families navigate healthcare needs
Work with clients to address their needs and help them improve health outcomes and their quality of life

12 Week Online Class + 130 hours of on-site training
Classes with a live online instructor are held on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday afternoons
Classes/TrainingCertification are all provided at no cost to the student and/or agency
