Julie Erwin Rinaldi is an experienced Executive Director with a demonstrated history of working in the health, wellness and fitness industry. She is skilled in Nonprofit Organizations, Account Management, Community Organizing, Strategic Leadership, and Economic Development. Julie is a strong business development professional with a Masters Degree Education focused in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services from Kent State University.

Julie, who lives in Dublin with her husband David, is executive director of Syntero, formerly Dublin Counseling Center, where she works to help the community with mental health issues. Syntero, Inc. is a nonprofit organization that advocates and supports the health and well-being of individuals, families and communities by providing professional, compassionate behavioral health and social services that
adapt to the changing needs of the community. Syntero has provided services in Central Ohio for more than 40 years, and has offices in Dublin, Hilliard, Lewis Center and Northeast Columbus, and offers programs and services throughout Franklin, Delaware and Morrow Counties.

She also serves on the Healthcare collaborative of Greater Columbus board. Julie also volunteers throughout the community with the Dublin AM Rotary, Dublin City Schools, Dublin Irish Festival and the Miracle League of central Ohio, where she has been involved for nine years.
